the room was modern it had a functional bathroom with a rain shower. i appreciated the option to store my suitcase before check-in. transport to the airport was convenient.
the bar service was slow i waited a long time for drinks. they seemed understaffed the waiter seemed inexperienced. road noise was noticeable during the night.

The room had simple furnishings and everything i needed. It was acceptable.
The noise was quite bad. I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. It made it difficult to rest. they didn't honor their promise of a full refund and even resold the same room. It felt dishonest

The advertised airport shuttle lacked clear timetables. Consequently, we opted for an Uber. I found the pizza availability misleading because it's advertised 24/7, but was unavailable due to limited staff. This was disappointing because my Mum arrived late, and we planned to order pizza. The information should be clearer or the service adjusted.
